When you are considering the quantity of books you will print, keep in mind that BRIO Printing is divided into two categories: Offset and Digital.
Offset (Print Runs of 1000-25,000+) High quality and made for durability, offset presses produce books that feel great and are built to last. Offset printing allows for consistent high image quality that procures sharp, clean images. The minimum print run for our offset commercial presses is 500 books, but becomes more economical for runs of 1,000-25,000 books. Offset printing is the most cost-efficient way to produce high quality books in large quantities.
Digital (Print Runs of 50-500) For smaller runs of books, digital printing is the preferred method. Digital printing does not require the manufacture of printing plates or the other processes involved with offset printing, and therefore is more suited for runs of 50-500 books.
